Only 3 short miles outside of Breckenridge, you really get the "cabin in the woods" feeling everyone is looking for. Alpine Meadows surround the house, with majestic peaks that can be seen in the distance. We love our mountain home and think you will too!
The two level Breckinridge vacation rental house is approx. 2500sf. Upstairs you have the second master suite, 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The second master suite has a Queen bed and private 3/4 bath, additional sitting area w/ Q-futon, TV/VCR. The second bedroom has a Double bed, 3rd with a captains bunk (double on bottom-twin on top), and the 4th bedroom has 2 twins. There is a full bath shared between these bedrooms.
The main/downstairs level has the Master suite (Queen bed), with a private full bath (jetted tub in the bath), and sliding door access to the back yard looking on to the Blue River. Open living/kitchen/dining area, 1/2 bath, and mud room.
The serentity in the summer, laying on a lounge chair, listening to the calming sounds of the flowing river is unsurpassed. Enjoying the hot tub all year round, and on those clear nights, you can test your astrology knowledge with all the stars to gaze at.
This house is a great vacation rental for up to 7 individuals, or 2 small families. You have all the conveniences of Breckenridge dining/shopping/night life about 5 minutes away, combined with and then all the comforts of home in a secluded, quiet, private mountain cabin.
