Tons of windows from floor to ceiling also offer plenty of sunshine, and if you would rather be outside - there is a wrap around deck for your viewing, cooking or just hanging out pleasure.

Summit County ski areas are conveniently located. Keystone is approx. 8 miles away, A-Basin 13, Copper 10 and Breckenridge about 15. Vail and Beaver Creek within 45-60 minutes.

This home is very functional with a great floor plan. On the main level, you have a very open, spacious area including the living room with leather furniture, wood burning fireplace and 52" flat screen TV.

The remodeled Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with mountain accents, a gas burning Jenn-Aire stove, new appliances and of course fully equipped with all the extras to make your stay more enjoyable.

You will have plenty of space for everyone as the dining table comfortably seats 8, and additional seating adjacent along the breakfast bar. If this doesn't sound like enough room, there is another card/cocktail table for four - conveniently located next to the windows so your never missing out on any of the views!

The main level also has the Master bedroom with a King bed, wood burning fireplace, TV, full private bath with jetted tub. The laundry room and 1/2 bath are also on this level.

Upstairs you have the three additional bedrooms. Two each have a Queen bed with a full Jack/Jill bath to share. The fourth bedroom has a King bed plus a Queen size sleeper sofa. There is a full bath just outside in the hall.

Don't forget to enjoy the private outdoor hot tub after a fun day outside skiing or snowboarding the Mountain.

Outside of the 1/1/09-6/1/09 time period, this home has an additional bedroom, and would now offer sleeping for 14, an additional bath, living room, FP, and efficiency kitchen. Please inquire for rates.

Unfortunately, due to severe family allergies, pets are not allowed in this home.
